The first day of school was so great! My kids are fantastic. I love my coworkers. The day was the best I could have hoped for. I still came home exhausted and napped for a full hour, but it was the great kind of tired. I'm excited to go back tomorrow.
I'm also really excited about my room this year. This might be the first year where I really love my classroom and how it all came together. I tried to go for a woodsy, outdoor theme (and then I panicked and wondered if I am old now since I am theme conscious), but I wear a gold fanny pack every day, so I am kind of old anyways. Anyways, the pictures are of my finished room.
