This is me eating seaweed. The seaweed was harvested on a beach here and prepared by my friend Kayla. You also can't really see it in the picture because it blends into the trees in the background. People harvest everything here. Make their own jam out of anything that grows, sauté fiddlehead ferns, pickle spruce tips, you name it.
