This is a rice crispy treat!! My ridiculously awesome coworker, Shannon, made it. She is a volleyball coach, and tonight was a fundraiser for the team. There were some amazing edible art desserts auctioned off at this event. I gave my best effort to win this bear, but alas, I was beat by a friend from my church. I ended up buying some apple roses and a cheesecake which were both great, so no regrets :).
