September 24, 2015: Feels Like Home

I was feeling Chicago home sick and missing my roommate. So I made this chili cheese dip. Sarah Molenkamp originally introduced us to its awesomeness, and Kate and I would think of her whenever we made it. Which was often, especially the last month or so before we moved out.  Seriously, Hormel no beans chili microwaved with a pack of cream cheese and you have cheese dip perfection.  No wonder my pants don't fit any longer.
