I have been a chronic doodler since college. It honestly helps me stay focused when my hands are free to draw. I have been taking a class every Tuesday night and all of my notes are covered with scrawls and pictures and my name written in seventy different fonts. At the end of class today I realized my doodle was subconsciously inspired by my student, Peter. And the best part is, he would say things like, "Look at my huge skele-tit, Miss Kistler!" (English is his second language). Confession time: I let him continue to think skeletons were called skeletits for a good week. It was just too funny to correct!
